Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data is collected when you use okuev.com, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: the site has no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics. I only receive what you choose to send me.
Who is responsible
Abdul Okuev, a freelance 3D motion designer based in Tbilisi, Georgia. You can reach me at [email protected].
What I collect
Contact form. When you send the form I receive your name, your email address and the service you selected. Nothing else is collected from the form.
Emails. If you write to [email protected], I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Call booking. If you book a call, the booking happens on Cal.com, which collects the details you enter there (such as name, email and time slot). Their handling of your data is described in the Cal.com privacy policy.
Technical data. Like any website, the servers that deliver the pages and videos process your IP address and basic request details (browser type, pages requested, time) to send you the content and keep the service secure. I do not use this data to identify you.
What I do not do
- No advertising or marketing trackers.
- No analytics scripts and no tracking cookies.
- No selling or renting your data, and no newsletters unless you ask for one.
Why I use your data
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss a possible project, and, if we work together, to run it (quotes, scheduling, invoicing). The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering messages sent to me. Where the law of your country requires consent, sending the form is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who handles it for me
To run the site I rely on a few service providers who process data on my behalf:

Some of these providers are located outside your country, including outside the EU, so your data may be transferred internationally. I use them under their standard data protection terms.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you come back, unless we start working together, in which case project records are kept as long as needed for the work and for accounting. After that I delete them. You can ask me to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you what data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how I use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] and I will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the form is sent directly to my private account. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information (passwords, payment details, health data) through the form or by email.
Children
This site is for business enquiries and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of the page.
